About Gerry Gaffney

Gerry Gaffney runs UX consultancy Information & Design in Melbourne. He has been working for many years in usability and user experience. He’s co-authored two books (‘Forms That Work’ and ‘The Usability Kit’). He is former managing editor of UPA’s User Experience magazine, and remains an active member of the editorial team.

He’s lectured in User-centred design at Swinburne University, and has run training and workshop sessions in Australia, New Zealand, Italy, China, Taiwan, USA and Hong Kong.

He runs the User Experience podcast.

He has consulted to a long list of clients, from small businesses to major corporates, on a wide range of products, covering intranet, internet, desktop and mobile applications.

His passion is user research.
