Karina conducts user experience research at Twitter. She informed both #newtwitter and the recent Twitter redesign. After living in 8 countries, she believes strongly in the importance of mobile and international user experiences, and she also does research at Twitter to inform these areas. She came to Twitter from Sachs Insights, a research consulting firm, where she made interface recommendations for clients including Nike, Sovereign Bank, and the MLB. Before that, she worked at Meetup.com as its first in-house usability researcher, designing a lab setup and conducting weekly studies.
